Using a running machine, video analysis, and member of the public to demonstrate, Saxby will give expert guidance on safe transition from typical 'heel-toe shod jogging' to forefoot-barefoot running.

Pilates for Runners with Tony Riddle - 3.30pm
Tony Riddle is a highly respected international running coach with a number of premier league footballers amongst his clients. Riddle was trained by, and works closely with, leading barefoot running expert, Lee Saxby. Riddle will demonstrate 10 key Pilates exercises that prepare the body for running.
