The Brighton Marathon has attracted a high-profile duo of coaches to its January 2012 seminar
Coach to two Olympic champions, Luciano Gigliotti, and former UK National Endurance Coach, Malcolm Brown, will be the keynote speakers at the seminar which is taking place at the Brighton Hilton Metropole on Saturday 14th January 2012 (5pm – 7.30pm).
Gigliotti guided two of Italy’s most successful distance runners, Gelindo Bordin and Stefano Baldini, to Olympic titles in Seoul 1988 and Athens 2004 respectively.
Brown is currently coaching the talented tri-athletes, Alistair and Jonathan Brownlee, hot medal favourites for the 2012 London Games.
As with last January’s highly successful get-together, the seminar will be followed on the Sunday morning (15th Jan) by a group tempo run over 20km with pacemakers.
