There's only 2 weeks to go until the the City Of Salford 10K and 5K runs, in association with
Club La Santa.
The start and finish of this event will be in the heart of Salford Quays in the Lowry Plaza situated in between The Lowry and Lowry Outlet Mall.
- 10K: The route takes runners through the brand new MediaCityUK development, now home to Children's BBC, BBC Sport, North West Tonight and loads more! You'll run over the bridges in the Quays, see the Imperial War Museum and then head over to Old Trafford and Manchester United before returning back to the Quays!
- 5K: The 5K course will be run over part of the 10K course mainly around the Salford Quays are. There is a prize for the first person in fancy dress!
