2009-The Running Show – Seminar and Workshop Timetable

As well as the running exhibitor stands their will also be a number of Seminars and Workshops taking place over the weekend.

Theatre One – Presented by The Jog Shop

Lasting approx 1hour and 30mins these seminars will cover everything from general run training, footwear and clothing choice to nutrition and avoiding injury. The seminars are aimed at new and improving runners who are looking to gain the maximum amount of information quickly. After each seminar you will have the opportunity to chat with the experts in a “one to one” workshop.

All sessions are first come first served - no need to book.
